Iโ€™m Misael Cuevas, a Senior iOS Engineer and Agentic Developer from ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ด living in ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ.

I was fascinated by computers since I was a kid. The first computer I used ran Windows 95. I wanted to do more than just use it, I wanted to understand how it worked and build things myself. That curiosity has stayed with me ever since.

When I was 13yo, I started learning PHP. Soon after, I picked up HTML and CSS, and realized I could turn my ideas into real, working products. Iโ€™m still chasing that excitement, now mostly within the Apple ecosystem.

I believe technology should have a clear purpose. Writing clean, maintainable code matters to me, but I also care about how the final product affects people. These days, I mostly work on iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI. I share what I learn through writing, give talks when I have something helpful to say, and keep notes on the tools and workflows that work best for me.

I rely on Codex a lot in my daily work. Over time, Iโ€™ve added things like repository guidance, reusable workflows, AGENTS.md-style instructions, skills, MCPs, subagents, and PR review habits to make working with coding agents more organized. These AI-assisted workflows help with tasks like implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and exploring architecture. They donโ€™t replace engineering judgment, they just give me more space to use it.

Outside of coding, I enjoy games, going to the gym, watching One Piece, pro wrestling, swimming, and practicing mindfulness. These hobbies help me recharge after spending too much time in front of a screen.

This site is where I share my writing, talks, setup notes, and whatever else Iโ€™m working on or thinking about right now.
